This command speeds up or slows down each selected Sound by resampling, affecting both duration and pitch. The final sampling frequency will be the same as the original.
The "Frame rate conversion" option can be used to change the frames per second rate (fps) of the audio track of a video (e.g. from PAL to NTSC).
The resulting new Sound(s) will appear selected in the list of objects.
